A 60 min Holistic Yoga flowing sequence of the 5 warriors poses together with the breath that wakes the body, builds strength, balance, flexibility & stamina.
Created by Swedish multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and yogi, Sofia Pila, PILΛFLOW is a transformational experience that takes your body and soul on an all-embracing journey through the ELEMENTS. Not your average yoga and sound event, PILΛFLOW is a cultivation of original music and movement that’s deeply transformative and fulfilling on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
We will begin with a grounding pranayama then move into asana. Beginning gently we will build into a stronger flow that will connect your breath, body and spirit. This class will have many options so it is suitable for any level of ability, Christobel encourages you to move mindfully and listen to your body.
This class focuses on strengthening and stretching the muscles around the hip to increase your mobility in yoga and in every day life.
Ashtanga Half Primary. Half Primary series is a short form of the Full Primary Ashtanga yoga series. Come and learn the basics of an Ashtanga Yoga Series.

Integrative Restoration (iRest) is a 10 step evidence based modern adaption of the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. iRest involves body and breath sensing, self-inquiry, the welcoming and balancing of emotions and thoughts, culminating in a celebration of wholeness and deep peace. This session will incorporate restorative Yin Yoga postures and crystal bowl sound vibrations.
Join Judy for a Yoga Nidra experience. You will journey through the process of yoga nidra, move through the steps to create a sankalpa, best of all experience 30 minutes of this beautiful guided meditation, and get your own recording of yoga nidra to use at home. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. A deep state of relaxation is induced by addressing the tensions of the body, mind and emotions. 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restful as about two hours of deep sleep—rejuvenating the whole body. Goddess Flow Durga Yoga. Durga is a goddess of power, truth, and victory of good over evil. Her power and energy is often discovered in yoga practice.
Yoga is the oldest science of life and Sivananda yoga started with Guru Swami Sivananda in India in the late 1800s and is now taught worldwide. This style of yoga is for everyone and teaches the 5 points of yoga being Proper Exercise – Asanas, Proper Breathing – Pranayama, Proper Relaxation – Savasana, Proper Eating – Vegetarian and Positive Thinking and Meditation – Vedanta and Dhyana. The asanas develop the physical body as well as broadening the mind and spirit. The basic Sivananda class is a lovely blend of traditional Hatha asana, pranayama and relaxation being a short meditation and savasana.
This very special 2-hour healing event will combine deeply relaxing supported stretches with powerful sound and song elements to balance and align the body, mind and spirit. Carla Versitano is an experienced Yin and Yoga teacher, as well as being a professional musician. She will use vocal elements of sound healing while you find peaceful and harmonious rest in a variety of nurturing Yin postures. This event will powerfully reset the nervous system, allowing you to find a new base-line of calm in your everyday life. This event is for you if: - you would like to feel more grounded and calm. - you would like to give your nervous system a rest & reset. - you are curious about Yin Yoga and its benefits. - you want to enjoy a big, luxurious stretch out of the body. - you want to loosen tight muscles and joints. - you feel run down and need some nurturing. Sprout like a seed, stand tall like a mountain. A blend of breathwork, shamanic meditation, vinyasa slow flow and crystal sound bowls and koshi chimes in savasana. The class will begin with the breath and shamanic meditation, providing connection to the root chakra and earth energy. From there we will build on from finding our roots to standing tall in a proper tadasana, flowing with that theme throughout an earthy and empowering vinyasa practice. Coming into final resting pose with a sound healing with the crystal bowls aligning with the chakras focused on throughout the class – root, solar plexus, heart, crown.
40 min Accessible “Warm Welcome Space” Yoga class for everyone!! Adaptive yoga believes that people regardless of ability or background deserve equal access to yoga. Wheelchair, chair, yoga mat, non-yoga mat, yoga for all. Yoga doesn’t have any requirement. If you Breathe you can practice Yoga!! Yoga Teachers are more than welcome to participate & spread the seed.
