Hayley is the founder of Embodied Breathwork. Her role as a Breathwork Facilitator is driven by her passion and love for holding space for others and guiding people through their healing journeys. Her qualifications are recognised by the CMA (Complementary Medicine Association) and IBF (International Breathwork Foundation). She is also qualified as a level 1 Foundations of The Wim Hof Method. Hayley has dedicated her life to her own spiritual healing journey and has found her purpose offering her service to others. Providing people with the tools of the breath to improve their overall health and wellness.
