We sat down with PILΛFLOW founder, Sofia Pila, to learn more about the life-changing event designed entirely to bring you back to your core self and let go of all that no longer serves you.
Where Did PILΛFLOW Originate?
For many years I’ve watched people surrender to the sound of my music, on stage and in their homes. As a musician, I truly believe in the power of music. I saw that opportunity in PILΛFLOW and wanted to give people a unique experience of yoga and sound for them to embody my music and make shifts within themselves. All I ever want is to leave them feeling inspired with a newly found spark for life.
What Can We Expect From A PILΛFLOW Event?
A release! Whether that’s in the form of music, chanting, movement or on a spiritual and emotional level. Whatever it is, there’s something for everyone! You don’t have to be the greatest yogi of all time, all you need to do is show up and let the instruments, sounds and movement guide you to let go of all that no longer serves you and embrace your creativity and embodiment.
