Sarah Greenland

After discovering the endless benefits of yoga after her very first class, Sarah attended years of practice before studying Foundational Training. She has since completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training with a group of incredibly talented and knowledgeable teachers. Sarah is passionate about sharing her love of movement, meditation and wholistic health.
With a balanced approach she invites her students to find moments of both challenge and stillness on the mat, to experience the healing power of the practice.  “My teaching comes from my heart, because it’s the only way I know how to be. So I look forward to sharing my heartfelt and functional teachings with you.”
