Connected to nature and the environment, I foster the peace and calm of the natural world through my yoga practice. A trip to Nepal when I was 17, introduced me to the ways of slowing down, being present and calming the mind. This lead me to yoga and a practice that has weaved its way through my life ever since. The past 5 years saw me turn to my practice in a much needed way and in that process I fell deeper in love with everything it has to offer. 200hr Yoga Teacher trained, I weave my love of the natural world into Hatha Vinyasa style flows. With a focus on connecting inwards, releasing and calming the nervous system, I welcome all levels, especially beginners. I hold space for others to experience how it feels to calm both the body and mind through breath and movement. I create spaces where each individual feels seen, heard and held exactly as they are. My love is to share the opportunity to discover a path to meet oneself and life more consciously and with an open heart, so that we may deepen our relationships with ourselves and with one another.
