Jaqui Peters

Jaqui graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2021 with a double degree in Arts/ Communications and Media but within months of leaving university, she realised she wanted to pursue yoga teaching.
Jaqui completed her yoga training with Creature Yoga in Byron Bay in 2021 but has been practising regularly for over 3 years. Originally drawn to the physical practice of yoga, she quickly grew an appreciation for the calming effects of pranayama. With a background in dance and rock climbing, Jaqui’s flows focus on flexibility and strengthening with the belief that keeping the body happy and strong helps to let the mind be the same. She currently works in the media industry and teaches and practices yoga in the Wollongong/ Illawarra region but is also available for online classes.
