South Coast based vinyasa and yin yoga teacher Nikki Briscoe began deepening her practice 8 years ago when she was looking for coping-with-stress mechanisms while in a high-stress corporate job. She began on a spiritual journey which led her to teaching. Nikki enjoys offering help time-poor, stressed people, especially mumma’s and mumma’s to be find space in their body and mind as a way of coping with everyday stress. She is a mother to one busy toddler and one baby and runs a marketing agency. She credits yoga for teaching her to surrender. To let go of control and move in the flow of life.
