After 10 years focused on a corporate career, I started my yoga journey in 2018 while living in India for 6 months to learn about Meditation, Ayurveda and Yoga. Experiencing Yoga at a deeper level and with the right discipline made me fall in love with it. Since then, sharing this knowledge with others and being able to touch people’s lives became my life purpose.
I am passionate about delivering yoga to everybody, regardless of flexibility, strength, age and fitness. My teaching style is based on the principle that Yoga is not about the shape, but about the sensation in your body as you perform the asanas in a way that maximises the benefits at a physical and mental level. In addition to the physical practice, I deliver yoga philosophy and provide a space for self reflection that supports the practice of yoga ON and OFF the mat. In 2019 I started building my own Yoga school in the Northern Beaches in Sydney, where I teach Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga. I am certified 200hrs Teacher Instructor with additional accreditations in Yin Yoga, Anatomy for Vinyasa and several courses in alignment, Iyengar Yoga. I am passionate about movement which recently led me to complete a Functional Range Conditioning Training which I now integrate into my yoga classes.
