Jess Louise

Jess first experienced yoga through a Yin & Mindfulness practice for mental wellness, and immediately felt the grounding and healing benefits of being with the breath and body. Being attuned to energy, the ‘in’ of yin opened a deeper understanding of self, and awareness of others.
Jess not long after completed her 200RYT and has been continuing the yoga journey since. Having studied deeper into the Yin & Mindfulness practice and Tantra teachings, Jess feels into the yin/yang roles within the body and surrounds, and incorporates both into her practise through a mixture of gentle flows, longer holds, and awareness to moving with the breath.
Time on the mat is a gift to self, and Jess gently guides everyone to move at their own pace and create their own space.
