Kat came to yoga from a personal training background in order to find some balance for the strength training she was doing. She fell in love with how yoga made her feel. Her passion is in mind body connection and how they are intrinsically linked. Kat is fascinated by the human body and continues to study how and why it moves as it does and how to free it up. Seeing the changes in her students’ bodies continues to drive her. Kat teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga as well as Meditation, She is a certified Animal Flow Instructor and practises neuro-muscular activation. She is also a Master NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. Kat is the owner of Shellharbour City Yoga, an inclusive yoga studio where all are welcome to come and discover the joys a yoga practice can bring.
